Van Driver

Van Driver with clean driving license  This is a new role for a friendly and enthusiast van driver carrying out deliveries of heavy boxes (up to 15kg) containing confidential and sensitive paperwork. You will be working out of our Wakefield Office and collecting / delivering boxes across Northern England and Scotland to our sites. Working 37.5hrs per week, the hours will be flexible depending on the delivery locations and schedules planned so you may only work a few days a week depending on the delivery schedule. Therefore this is not a 9-5 role and some days may be longer than others. When you are not on the road you will work at the Wakefield office assisting the team in the movement of boxes. You will be provided with a van and insurance. Role requirements: Well organised and good at time keeping  Willing to work flexible hours, overnight stay may be required at some locations  Please note, each box will weigh up to 15kg and movement of these boxes is required  Responsibilities: Load and unload the transit van (Heavy lifting up to 15kg will be required)  Deliver boxes from sites across Northern England and Scotland to our Wakefield Office  Following daily set routes and time schedules  Maintaining delivery vehicle in clean and good condition at all times  Follow company policy and procedure  Ensure standard safety/maintenance checks are made each day to the delivery vehicle, and report all faults.  Ensure all necessary paperwork relating to deliveries is complete and up to date.  Must have: Hold a full UK driving licence or an EU/EEC licence or an international licence  3 years full licenced driving experience with 6 points or less  Minimum of 1 years van driving experience
